And now, 100 ways to help you scale what matters most - your purpose.

Thanks so much for being part of the Grow North Thursday community.

As we know, purpose-driven growth isn’t just about growing bigger, it’s about growing better. It’s about aligning your work, life, and impact in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Today, I’m sharing 100 actionable strategies across three focus areas:

  1. Mindset shifts to fuel clarity and resilience.
  2. Marketing tactics to expand your reach and connect with the right audience.
  3. Wellness habits to sustain your energy and creativity.

This is your toolbox edition! Dive in, pick one or two to start, and make the magic happen this holiday season.

Let’s dig in.

Section 1: Mindset Shifts

Clarity

1. In your personal daily ramp up meeting, start each day with the question, “What matters most today?”
2. Define what success looks like for you, not anyone else.
3. Use the 80/20 rule: Focus 80% of your energy on the top 20% of tasks that drive results.
4. Write down your purpose statement in one sentence. Keep it visible.
5. Treat your calendar like a reflection of your values. Block time for what matters.

Resilience

6. Reframe failure as feedback. See it as data for your growth.
7. Attend to the ending. It will make your next chapter better.
8. Adopt the mantra: “Progress over perfection.
9. Visualize obstacles and how you’ll navigate them before starting a big project.
10. You’re allowed to change your mind when you learn something new.

Focus

11. Say “no” to one thing this week that doesn’t align with your values.
12. Batch similar tasks to minimize context-switching.
13. Use the “10-10-10 Rule” for decision-making: How will this feel in 10 minutes, 10 months, 10 years?
14. Ask yourself: “What’s the ONE thing that, by doing it, makes everything else easier?”
15. Block distractions while you work: Turn off nonessential notifications.

Creativity

16. Schedule unstructured “think time” to let new ideas emerge.
17. Doodle, journal, or brainstorm freely when stuck on a problem.
18. Change your scenery. Work from a coffee shop, park, or new spot.
19. Read outside your industry for fresh perspectives.
20. Ask someone with a different skill set to collaborate.

Sustainability

21. Reflect weekly in your Friday personal ramp down meeting: Are your actions aligning with your purpose?
22. Set quarterly goals to ensure you stay intentional.
23. Use a morning affirmation to reinforce your intended mindset.
24. Learn to delegate effectively and let go of perfectionism.
25. Take calculated risks to push outside your comfort zone.

Growth Mindset

26. Use an identity to get in the right mindset for action.
27. Practice gratitude for challenges. "I get to." Challenges build strength and character.
28. Write down one thing you learned each day.
29. Surround yourself with people who challenge and uplift you.
30. Let go of limiting beliefs. Reframe them into empowering truths.
31. Be curious about discomfort. It often signals an opportunity for growth.
32. Actively seek feedback, even when it’s tough to hear.
33. Practice self-compassion. Growth is a journey, not a race.
34. Develop a mantra for resilience, like “I am capable of figuring this out.”
35. Commit to lifelong learning. Stay curious, read, and take courses.

Section 2: Marketing Tactics

Clarify Your Message

36. Define your niche in a single sentence. Who do you serve and why?
37. Share your “why” with others or on social media.
38. Create a tagline or motto that reflects your purpose.
39. Write a manifesto that captures your beliefs and vision.
40. Ensure your website communicates your unique value proposition clearly.

Expand Your Reach

41. Repurpose high-performing content into multiple formats (video, infographic, blog) and batch for efficiency.
42. Build a downloadable lead magnet that solves one small, urgent problem for your audience.
43. Optimize your website homepage for clarity. What action do you want visitors to take?
44. Create a “content refresh” list. Identify older, high-performing posts you can update with new insights or data for a fresh audience.
45. Collaborate with a peer to co-create something valuable for both your audiences.

Engage Your Audience

46. Ask your audience: “What’s your biggest challenge right now?”
47. Host a live Q&A to share value and build connection.
48. Respond personally to one thoughtful social comment or email daily.
49. Highlight a client or follower success story in your content.
50. Send a “just checking in” email to 5 people.

Simplify Your Strategy

51. Focus on ONE platform first where your audience hangs out the most.
52. Use free tools like Canva or CapCut to quickly create visual content.
53. Block 1 hour weekly to focus on your strategy. Are you focused on the right things?
54. Schedule posts in advance using a simple tool like Authored Up, Taplio, or Buffer.
55. Audit your analytics monthly. What’s working? Do more of it.

Scaling Your Brand

57. Develop a content calendar that aligns with your business goals.
58. Pitch yourself for guest podcasts or webinars.
59. Build relationships with influencers in your niche.

Leveraging Systems

61. Automate repetitive tasks with tools like Zapier. Create template responses for frequently asked questions.
62. Take the time set up/clean up your CRM to manage leads and clients.
63. Run A/B tests on your marketing to refine your messaging.
64. Break down your big goals into quarterly marketing campaigns.
65. Outsource one task that drains your time.

Section 3: Wellness Habits

Mindfulness

66. Dedicate 5 minutes to deep breathing before diving into work. I use Calm.
67. Start and end your day with gratitude. Add this item in your daily ramp up/ramp down meetings with yourself. Write down 3 things.
68. Set a firm "digital sunset" an hour before bed to unwind.
69. Turn a mundane task into a mindfulness exercise. Be present and notice what you can about the experience. I do this while folding towels. ;)
70. Check in with your unique energy. Are you honoring your natural rhythms?
71. Practice a daily body scan to check in with your physical and mental state.
72. Write your affirmation each morning to ground your purpose for the day.
73. Take 5 minutes daily to visualize your ideal day. Focus on how you want to feel and what you want to accomplish.
74. Practice active listening in your conversations. It’s a mindfulness tool too.
75. Journal about one thing that energized you today.

Movement

76. Go for a 10-minute walk every day, rain or shine.
77. Stretch your body for 5 minutes between work sessions.
78. Experiment with desk-friendly exercises or yoga poses.
79. Take one “walking meeting” this week.
80. Try a new workout or movement practice that excites you.

Nutrition & Rest

81. Batch cooking Sunday = more energy Monday.
82. Drink a glass of water before every meal.
83. Prep healthy snacks so they’re easy to grab.
84. Commit to 7–8 hours of sleep each night this week.
85. Use a wind-down routine to signal your body it’s time to rest.

Boundaries

86. Block out non-negotiable personal time on your calendar well in advance.
87. Practice saying “let me think about that” before committing.
88. Set boundaries on your calendar for when you’ll check email (and stick to them).
89. Learn to recognize and manage burnout warning signs. Mine is shallow breathing.
90. Disconnect from work entirely for one full day this month.

Sustainable Growth

91. Schedule regular health check-ups and prioritize self-care. Are you getting your screenings?
92. Join a supportive community or mastermind.
93. Dedicate one day a month for personal or creative projects.
94. Reflect on what brings you joy and intentionally pursue it.
95. Take mini-breaks throughout the day to recharge. Even 5 minutes per hour can make a big difference.
96. Celebrate small milestones as much as big wins.
97. Protect your weekends (or chosen rest days) for relaxation.
98. Use a journal to track your mood and energy patterns. You'll notice what fuels and drains you.
99. Cultivate hobbies that energize you outside of work.
100. Honor your intuition. Oftentimes it’s your best guide.

Takeaway

Growth doesn’t have to mean hustle. In fact, it can actually feel like harmony.

Scaling your purpose is about alignment - living and working in a way that brings you joy, and meaning, and impact for those around you.

Can you pick one idea and put it on your calendar?

Small steps in the right direction leads to massive results when they’re aligned with your purpose.
